I really enjoyed this massage because of its warming effect of the shells on the muscles, I felt very relaxed.  I had lots of tension and pain in my shoulders before the massage.  After massage, my pain has gone and neck felt much more flexible.  Therapist used firm pressure and listened to my needs.  I will definitely recommend this massage to my friends.  I'm very pleased with results
